• Eligibility: Respiratory First reward program is open to all customers who engage in product purchase and rental(when applicable) transactions.
• Registration: There is no fee to join our rewards program. Interested customers can simply register at the time of purchase within our e-commerce products portal or within our rental service(when applicable).

 

Earning Reward Points: 

• Accumulation: Earn one point for every dollar spent on purchases and rentals(when applicable) within our e-commerce platform and website.   

 

Redeeming Points for Rewards:

• Point Utilization: Points are applied towards reducing the cost of future product purchases or equipment rentals(when applicable).

 

Tiered Rewards Benefits:

• Silver Tier (100-499 points): Can be used towards a 10% discount on your next order. 

• Gold Tier (500-999 points): Can be used towards a 15% discount on your next order.

• Platinum Tier (1,000+ points): Can be used towards a 20% discount on your next order.

 

Additional Program Features:

• Exclusive Promotions: Periodically receive exclusive access to special promotions and additional point earning opportunities.

 

Reward Program Terms and Conditions:

• Point Expiration: Points will expire if there is no account purchase or rental (when applicable) activity for a continuous period of six (6) months from the last purchase or rental(when applicable) date. 

• Transferability: Points are awarded to the member’s account and are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
